No physical items are shipped.

  • Requests must be made through the booking confirmation email or scheduling portal.
  • Late cancellation requests may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

No-Shows

  • If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior cancellation within the allowed window, the session may be forfeited without refund.

Late Arrival

  • If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect calendar commitments.

Coaching Refunds

Because session time is reserved specifically for you,
coaching session fees are generally non-refundable once the cancellation window has passed.

Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
