  1. Check your email inbox (and spam/junk/promotions) for your download link.
  2. Confirm the email used at checkout matches the one you’re checking.
  3. Try a different browser/device (Chrome/Edge/Safari) and disable ad blockers temporarily.
  4. Use a stable connection (Wi-Fi preferred). If on mobile, try switching networks.
  5. If the file won’t open: re-download it, then update your PDF/ZIP app (or try a computer).

How to Download & Open Your File

PDF Files

  • Save the file to your device first (don’t open from email preview).
  • Use an up-to-date PDF reader (Adobe Reader or your browser).
  • If printing, choose “Fit to page” to avoid cropping.

ZIP Files

  • Download completely before extracting.
  • Use your system extractor (Windows/macOS) or 7-Zip/WinRAR.
  • If a file is missing after extraction, re-download and try again.

Mobile Devices

  • On iPhone/iPad: save to Files app, then open.
  • On Android: use Downloads folder + a PDF/ZIP app.
  • If it won’t open on mobile, try a computer.
