2. Review and Response
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will review the claim and may remove or disable access
to the allegedly infringing material. We may also notify the user who posted the content,
if applicable.
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you submitted was removed or disabled as a result of mistake
or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification by contacting us at

Your counter-notification must include:
- Your name and contact information.
- Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal.

removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification. -
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your
address (or, if outside the United States, an appropriate judicial district) and that you
will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original DMCA notice. - Your physical or electronic signature.
4. Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, TuckR89 may restrict or terminate access
to the Website or Services for users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
